How far in advance can I book?
Call us for any ASAP bookings or you can book online/email for any pre booked journeys (over 12 hours)
What services/vehicles do you offer?
We provide airport transfers, as requested or for specialised reservations like events, and we have Mercedes E, S, and V Class vehicles available. Please let us know if you have any unique car, security, or service requests.
Where do I meet my Chauffeur?
For Airport collections, the Chauffeur will be at the meeting point in the terminal with a nameboard - meeting point will be shown on the booking confirmation. For non Airport collections, Chauffeur will be at the pickup address - SMS will also be sent for all collections with Chauffeur details.
What language will the Chauffeur speak?
All Chauffeurs will speak the local language of the location you are travelling and where possible, the Chauffeur will also speak English.
Will I be notified when the Chauffeur arrives?
If a mobile number is supplied at the time of booking, a SMS message will be sent advising the Chauffeurs arrival along with the name of the Chauffeur and vehicle details.
Can I have the same Chauffeur?
If you have a preferred Chauffeur in mind, please do let us know at the time of the boking and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
What if my flight/train is delayed/cancelled?
We will carefully monitor your flight or train status in any location worldwide. If your travel plans are cancelled, please call us on +44203 835 5010 and we can adjust the booking accordingly.
Will my Chauffeur help with my luggage?
Yes, the Chauffeur will assist you and act as your in car concierge

What is your vehicle capacity?
Our E Class and S Class can carry up to 3 Passengers and 2 large suitcases and our V Class can carry up to 6 Passengers and 3 bags. If you need assistance with extra luggage, we can assist with a luggage van (please enquire at time of booking).
What is Safe Solo's Cancellation Policy?
Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours prior to the booked time.
