Firstly we had an issue with a delayed flight (13 Hours!) which meant we had to rearrange pickup in Tokyo, this proved no problem and the revised timings worked seamlessly, this was also backed up by fantastic communication (via WhatsApp) that kept us informed at all stages of the process. This superb level of communication was maintained throughout the subsequent trips and was also enhanced with professional and helpful drivers and all transport suitable for our passenger and luggage needs.
